Carpenter Assistant / Apprentice
Schwalbach Kitchen Specialists is looking for two individuals to join our team as a Carpenter Assistant / Apprentice. We are willing to work with these individuals on a Part-Time or Full-Time position.
Benefits will apply to the full-time position with the potential for advancement in the company.
This position requires these individuals to work directly with the lead carpenter on demos and installations, deliveries, shop maintenance, dump runs, and to also work with the shop manager to learn the process of cabinetry installation and countertop fabrication. Must be able to lift cabinetry and countertops.

Design / Sales / Project Manager
Looking for an individual to join the Schwalbach Kitchen Specialists team as a Designer / Sales Person / Project Manager.
Position requires the individual to work with clients directly, selling the product to the customer, designing the project for the customer, and managing our portion of the remodel when required.
Individual will be required to and should be comfortable working with people one-on-one and will be required to make site visits. Individual will be required to complete the sale of items (i.e.-- cabinets, countertop, sinks, tile, etc.) for a project.
A construction background, ability to use a computer efficiently, and the ability to maintain a schedule is a must. Background in sales, drafting, or residential design is appreciated. Training in products, material use, and design concepts is provided.
Competitive wage to start with the addition of commissions, PTO, insurance compensation, and contributions to IRA available after the first year.
